2. Identity

Identity is a key concept in all of this. In some sense i wonder how
much of an issue identity will be the more that people get comfortable
with the medium. In a designed classroom, where you already know who
the people in the class are, flights of identity are going to be less
disruptive. This quote is a nice subtle description of how that can
work in set-piece courses.
